VISION
The formulation of the Vision of the PGSD Study Program of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) UNS is based on the vision of FKIP UNS, namely “To become a center for the development of science, technology, and art in the field of teacher training and education with an international reputation based on the noble values of national culture”. vision Based on this and after going through an in-depth study process, the Vision of the PGSD Study Program of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) UNS is as follows:

MISSON
- Organizing innovative and high-quality education so as to produce graduates who have the competence to develop and manage elementary school education that can compete at the global level.
- Conducting research to produce innovations and new findings in the field of teaching and elementary school education.
- Organizing community service activities in the context of applying and disseminating science and technology in the field of teacher training and elementary school education.
- Organizing cooperation with various parties in the national and international scope.
GOALS
- Have comprehensive educational insight to improve the quality of education, especially elementary school education;
- Able to produce innovative products in the field of elementary school education based on research;
- Able to apply learning processes and resources, to encourage the improvement of the quality of elementary school education;
- Able to evaluate the learning process and learning in elementary schools accurately;
- Able to organize education governance, especially elementary school education.
