Learning Monitoring

Monitoring of learning in the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program is conducted each semester. Students fill out a questionnaire on the siakad.uns.ac.id platform by logging in with their individual accounts. They provide their satisfaction levels at the beginning of each semester (every 6 months). Lecturers can view the results of the students’ questionnaires for each course they teach on the siakad.uns.ac.id platform by logging in with their lecturer accounts under the “Learning Monitoring” menu, specifically in the “Questionnaire” sub-menu. Below is a screenshot from the siakad.uns.ac.id platform showing the “Learning Monitoring” menu.

Lecturers can view the questionnaires filled out by students on the siakad.uns.ac.id account. Below is a screenshot of the questionnaire results on the lecturer’s account:

Based on the results of the questionnaires filled out by students on the siakad.uns.ac.id platform, the average service quality scores for student satisfaction in each course offered in the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program were as follows: Semester 2022 A had a score of 3.60, Semester 2022 B had a score of 3.57, Semester 2023 A had a score of 3.53, and Semester 2023 B had a score of 3.57. These results can be viewed at uns.id/Evaluasipembelajarandosen. Based on these questionnaire results, the program has taken follow-up actions communicated to each lecturer during routine PGSD program meetings to improve service to students.
