Proses seleksi dilakukan melalui tiga jalur utama yaitu <strong data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"590\">Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Prestasi (SNBP)<\/strong> , <strong data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"687\">Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Tes (SNBT)<\/strong> , dan <strong data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"772\">Seleksi Mandiri Universitas Sebelas Maret (SM-UNS)<\/strong>. Seluruh proses dikelola secara profesional oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis Seleksi Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (UPT SPMB) UNS dan dijalankan dengan prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, objektivitas, serta menjunjung tinggi asas inklusivitas.<\/p><p data-start=\"953\" data-end=\"1437\">Yang menjadi kekhasan dalam proses seleksi calon mahasiswa Prodi PGSD adalah penambahan unsur seleksi <strong data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1072\">berbasis non-kognitif, berupa tes minat dan bakat kependidikan<\/strong> serta <strong data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1112\">esai motivasi<\/strong>. Berdasarkan <strong data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1180\">SK Dekan FKIP UNS No. 1808.1\/UN27.02\/HK 04\/2021<\/strong>, setiap calon mahasiswa diwajibkan menyusun esai yang memuat alasan memilih FKIP dan motivasi menjadi guru. Penilaian terhadap esai ini menjadi instrumen penting untuk menyaring pelamar yang tidak hanya unggul secara akademik, namun juga memiliki komitmen dan kepedulian terhadap dunia pendidikan dasar.<\/p><p data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1490\">Adapun jalur Seleksi Mandiri UNS (SM-UNS) mencakup beberapa skema, yakni:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1902\"><li data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1548\"><p data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1548\"><strong data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1506\">SMJU-UTUL<\/strong>: seleksi menggunakan ujian tulis internal UNS;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1549\" data-end=\"1631\"><p data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1631\"><strong data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1564\">SMJU-UTBK<\/strong>:  seleksi berdasarkan skor UTBK yang dikeluarkan oleh Balai Pengelolaan Pengujian Pendidikan (BP3);<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1632\" data-end=\"1704\"><p data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1704\"><strong data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1648\">SMJKI-UTUL<\/strong> dan <strong data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"1667\">SMJKI-UTBK<\/strong>: seleksi untuk kelas internasional;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1737\"><p data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1737\"><strong data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1716\">SMJKM<\/strong>:  jalur kemitraan;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1778\"><p data-start=\"1740\" data-end=\"1778\"><strong data-start=\"1740\" data-end=\"1748\">SMJP<\/strong>: jalur prestasi akademik maupun non-akademik;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1779\" data-end=\"1841\"><p data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1841\"><strong data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1789\">SMJD<\/strong>afirmasi khusus bagi penyandang disabilitas;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1842\" data-end=\"1902\"><p data-start=\"1844\" data-end=\"1902\"><strong data-start=\"1844\" data-end=\"1852\">SMJK<\/strong>: jalur afirmasi kemaslahatan atau keagamaan.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"2242\">Setiap jalur seleksi memiliki syarat dan mekanisme yang berbeda, disesuaikan dengan karakteristik peserta dan prinsip keadilan dalam akses pendidikan tinggi. Jalur SNBP menggunakan rekam akademik selama 5\u20137 semester dan portofolio pendukung, sedangkan SNBT mensyaratkan keikutsertaan dalam UTBK dengan materi asesmen berupa kemampuan penalaran umum, numerasi, literasi, serta penalaran logis.<\/p><p data-start=\"2244\" data-end=\"2676\">Secara kuota, Prodi PGSD FKIP UNS mengalokasikan <strong data-start=\"2298\" data-end=\"2314\">30% untuk jalur SNBP<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2316\" data-end=\"2332\">40% untuk SNBT<\/strong>, dan <strong data-start=\"2338\" data-end=\"2380\">30% untuk jalur Seleksi Mandiri<\/strong>. Namun demikian, distribusi tersebut bersifat dinamis dan dapat disesuaikan dengan kebijakan rektorat sesuai situasi dan kebutuhan. Keputusan penerimaan akhir didasarkan pada kombinasi bobot dari catatan akademis, portofolio, nilai UTBK (jika ada), esai motivasi, dan hasil evaluasi tambahan seperti wawancara untuk jalur tertentu.<\/p><p data-start=\"2678\" data-end=\"3138\">Sistem rekrutmen ini tidak hanya menarik kandidat dari berbagai daerah dan latar belakang akademis, tetapi juga mendorong inklusivitas. Misalnya, <strong data-start=\"2824\" data-end=\"2840\">Jalur SMJD<\/strong> memungkinkan mahasiswa penyandang disabilitas untuk mengejar karier profesional di bidang pengajaran. Secara keseluruhan, proses penerimaan PGSD UNS dirancang untuk memastikan keterlibatan awal yang bermakna dengan calon guru yang menunjukkan integritas, tanggung jawab sosial, dan dedikasi yang kuat terhadap pendidikan dasar di Indonesia.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3140\" data-end=\"3143\" \/><h3 data-start=\"3145\" data-end=\"3199\"><strong data-start=\"3149\" data-end=\"3199\">Kualitas Input Mahasiswa Baru PS PGSD Surakarta<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"3201\" data-end=\"3720\">Selama lima tahun terakhir (TS-4 hingga TS), <strong data-start=\"3253\" data-end=\"3291\">kualitas input mahasiswa baru di PS PGSD Surakarta<\/strong> menunjukkan tren peningkatan signifikan dari segi jumlah peminat dan selektivitas proses penerimaan. Berdasarkan data pada <strong data-start=\"3410\" data-end=\"3427\">Table 3.1.2.2<\/strong>jumlah pendaftar reguler terus mengalami pertumbuhan dari <strong data-start=\"3483\" data-end=\"3507\">2.647 pendaftar pada TS-4 (2019)<\/strong> menjadi <strong data-start=\"3511\" data-end=\"3533\">4.746 pendaftar pada TS (2023)<\/strong>. Dalam periode yang sama, daya tampung program studi relatif stabil dalam rentang <strong data-start=\"3606\" data-end=\"3638\">160\u2013200 mahasiswa per tahun<\/strong>, mencerminkan kebijakan seleksi yang terjaga secara konsisten dan berkualitas.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/pgsd.fkip.uns.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/daya-tampung-LED-2.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6070 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/pgsd.fkip.uns.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/daya-tampung-LED-2-300x142.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"811\" height=\"384\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pgsd.fkip.uns.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/daya-tampung-LED-2-300x142.png 300w, https:\/\/pgsd.fkip.uns.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/daya-tampung-LED-2-768x364.png 768w, https:\/\/pgsd.fkip.uns.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/daya-tampung-LED-2-18x9.png 18w, https:\/\/pgsd.fkip.uns.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/daya-tampung-LED-2.png 914w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 811px) 100vw, 811px\" \/><\/a><\/p><p data-start=\"3201\" data-end=\"3720\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"3722\" data-end=\"4296\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pgsd.fkip.uns.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/daya-tampung-LED-3.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6074 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/pgsd.fkip.uns.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/daya-tampung-LED-3-300x119.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"822\" height=\"326\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pgsd.fkip.uns.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/daya-tampung-LED-3-300x119.png 300w, https:\/\/pgsd.fkip.uns.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/daya-tampung-LED-3-1024x407.png 1024w, https:\/\/pgsd.fkip.uns.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/daya-tampung-LED-3-768x306.png 768w, https:\/\/pgsd.fkip.uns.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/daya-tampung-LED-3-18x7.png 18w, https:\/\/pgsd.fkip.uns.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/daya-tampung-LED-3.png 1028w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 822px) 100vw, 822px\" \/><\/a><\/p><p data-start=\"3722\" data-end=\"4296\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"3722\" data-end=\"4296\">Selama periode TS-4 hingga TS, tercatat <strong data-start=\"3754\" data-end=\"3775\">17.207 pendaftar<\/strong> mengikuti proses seleksi, namun hanya <strong data-start=\"3823\" data-end=\"3841\">1.025 Mahasiswa<\/strong> yang lulus seleksi, menghasilkan tingkat penerimaan sekitar <strong data-start=\"3873\" data-end=\"3915\">5,9%<\/strong>yang menunjukkan bahwa seleksi masuk berlangsung sangat kompetitif. Dari jumlah tersebut, <strong data-start=\"3995\" data-end=\"4011\">950 mahasiswa baru reguler<\/strong> resmi terdaftar sebagai mahasiswa reguler baru, sehingga daya tampung program hampir penuh setiap tahunnya. Hal ini mengakibatkan <strong data-start=\"4139\" data-end=\"4199\">rasio pelamar terhadap penerimaan melebihi 10% tetapi di bawah 50%<\/strong>, yang sejalan dengan standar akreditasi mengenai daya tarik dan daya saing program.<\/p><p data-start=\"4298\" data-end=\"4952\">The <strong data-start=\"4302\" data-end=\"4343\">Secara kumulatif,<\/strong> jumlah mahasiswa reguler aktif yang tercatat selama lima tahun terakhir mencapai <strong data-start=\"4368\" data-end=\"4377\">3,087<\/strong>, dengan distribusi tahunan yang stabil. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa program PGSD di FKIP UNS masih menjadi <strong data-start=\"4471\" data-end=\"4485\">program unggulan.<\/strong> di kalangan calon mahasiswa pendidikan dasar di seluruh negeri. Meningkatnya permintaan mencerminkan <strong data-start=\"4583\" data-end=\"4609\">reputasi PGSD UNS<\/strong> dan kepercayaan publik yang semakin meningkat terhadap kualitas akademis dan hasil lulusannya.
